Genesis Area Lighting System
The Genesis Area Lighting System is a luminaire comprised of a mounting apparatus, heat-sinking housing, removable end cap, enclosed LED engine with optical system and pullout component tray. All cast aluminum parts are marine grade aluminum. Extruded aluminum housing is fully anodized 6063-T6 aluminum alloy. Features include: - Tool-less end plate - accessibility through a tool-less nose plate for driver service
- Heat Sinking Housing - adaptive thermal housing sized to selected lumen package and environmental requirements.
- Thermal Pad - accelerates heat transfer to housing where heat dissipation occurs.
- Printed Circuit Board - available with 24, 36, and 60LED metal-clad circuit board producing over 10,000 delivered lumens.
- Optical System - Type II, III and V IESNA distributions available and designed with uniformity and spacing in mind; eliminates targeted aiming
- Gasket - one-piece die cut silicone seals around each individual LED which makes Genesis to be rated for high-pressure hose down IP67 applications.
- Bezel - die-cast aluminum provides mechanical compression seals and PCB.
- Flat Top Surface - allows for integration of twist lock photocells and other control devices.
- Accessibility - although designed to operate for many years without maintenance pullout component tray may be simply removed without tools.
- Adaptive Thermal Technology - 6.9ft² of heat-sinking surface area per linear ft. Downward sloping prevents sediment and mosture buildup.
Specifications - Mounting - through a slip fitter with a standard ø2-3/8" x 4" mounting arm with 3.5° of adjustability in all axes.
- Design Life - 50,000 - 100,000 hours
- Electrical Assembly (drivers) - IP-67 complaint drivers, UL 94V-0 and high-teperature, flame-resistant enclosure.
- Input Voltage - 120-177 VAC, 47 to 63 Hz with a 90% power factor at full load. Integral step-down transformer may be provided when a 347V or 480V is required.
- Surge Protector - on-board UL recognized component of US and Canada with surge current rating of 10,000 Amps.
- Warranty - 5 years.
- Finish - fully anodized and powder coated. Beacote-V electrostatically applied, thermocured and warranted for 5 years. Beacote-X warranted for 10 years.
